Shipping & Returns
Most orders are shipped the business day after we receive the order. However, particularly during our high volume months of May, June & July orders can be delayed by an additional business day. Transit time is in addition to production time.
Shipping rates are determined by the total weight of an order, by the destination, and by the shipping service chosen. During the checkout process you will see a page with shipping choices and the cost of each. Faster shipping services do not impact production time.
While we produce and ship orders quickly you should still allow sufficient time for your order to reach you. All of our orders are shipped from Connecticut. Orders going to the west coast, for instance, will usually take 3 to 5 days from the day we ship them unless you choose a faster shipping service. Faster shipping service will not affect our production time.
Errors or missing items
If you find an error or an item is missing please have your order number ready and call 1-800-654-5210 or send an email to email@example.com. Before contacting us, please make sure you have unfolded and unpacked everything to verify that an item is missing, and checked the packing slip to see if the item has been marked as back-ordered.
1) ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
2) Personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or we have made an error. We will not be responsible for customer error on any portion of an order. You must notify us of an error within 30 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to deny return authorization.
3) Authorized items may be returned for exchange or refund.
4) Exchanged items must be the same color, size, material, quantity and printing as the original. We will not make changes to re-made items, except to rectify our error.
5) Refunded items/orders will be refunded the item price only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed upon.
6) To obtain a Return Authorization Number call 1-860-379-5142. Please have your order number ready when you call. Items returned without a valid Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
